The late maturity concept produces hybrids that are 20-30 days later than conventional sorghum-sudan hybrids. Tango HYH later maturity allows for a wider window for harvest of high quality leaves before boot stage is reached. TangoHYH had a greater IVTD vaue and a higher crude protein. IVTD of this hybrid was 10%+ more than a commercial check in trials. TangoHYH has a wide range of adaptation due to its incredible drought resistance and yield of quality forage.
